• We use UPS for most of the free shipping orders. If you are close to CA then you will get your shipments faster and we may use USPS Priority Mail.

Use of the Antennas We Sell

All of the antennas that we sell are made to be used in the United States and Canada. They are CEA certified and you should use the antennas in compliance with your local laws.

Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

• We use UPS or USPS to ship our orders. We pack our antennas with a cardboard shipping box to protect the antennas from damage. Sometimes it may still get damaged by the shipping company. If the box looks like it is damaged, open it and inspect the antennas before signing for it. If it is damaged tell UPS or the postman that the item is damaged and you want to refuse delivery. This will save you from having to ship it back to us.
• You can then email or call us at 1-800-651-0072 to let us know that the order was damaged in shipping.
