Easy Return Policy
Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee means that you can ship the antenna you
are unsatisfied with within 30 days of receipt. The 30-days count begins from the
day you place your order. The date we receive your return or are sent the tracking number is the day we record it as being received for the 30 day period. Please insure all returned goods for the full retail price. Return shipping is not refundable. We can not be responsible for orders that have been lost in shipment by UPS or USPS. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping but most of our antennas only weigh about 5 lbs so it will not cost much to ship it back.
Easy Return Process
- Fill out the return form below
- You will be emailed the return authorization number (RMA #) within 1 business day of submitting the return request below.
- Send the order back using the return authorization number and instructions provided by us.
- We receive the antenna and issue a refund or exchange
- If you selected Priority Mail shipping, that is not refundable. You would only be refunded the price of the antenna.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Returns Refunds for items returned more than 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 90 days.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Returning a damaged item that was not initially received by you as damaged will
incur a 30% restocking fee. Please fill out our return authorization form to get a return authorization number prior to returning your order.
Returns without an RMA Number will not receive a refund.
